Within a TurboTenant account, landlords have an Applicants tab and a Tenants tab.

In this article, we will detail the difference between the two.

On this page, you will find all of the people who applied to your property through TurboTenant's online application. You can view the complete applications and screening reports in this tab.

If you have several applications and would like to organize this section, you can Archive applicants that you will not be renting to.

You can access your archived applicants by clicking the word "Applicants" with the downward-facing arrow at the top of the page and selecting "See Archived Applicants".

On this page, you will find the people who you are renting your property to. Individual tenant profiles will be accessible on this page. Clicking on a tenant's profile will allow you to see their contact information, as well as any lease profile that they are connected to.

If you have recently rented the property to a new tenant or would like to add your existing tenants, you can do so in this section by converting an applicant or adding a tenant.

To view past tenants, navigate to your Tenant tab and click Past.
