After an applicant has submitted an online screening report and has paid the associated fee, the fee is non-refundable. This policy is in place because we incur significant expenses from third-party companies, including credit card processing fees, transaction fees, screening fees, and infrastructure costs.

During the final step when filling out the application, on the payment information page, there is a notification that states the screening fee is non-refundable. By selecting "Pay $55.00" you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and acknowledging the non-refundable fee.

More information about this policy can be found in our Terms of Use in section 15:

TurboTip - It is best practice to reach out to the landlord about the property to verify that it's still available before submitting an application and paying the screening report fee.
