While listing updates appear immediately on TurboTenant. Third-party sites can take up to 48 hours to remove your listing from their sites. Some websites may show a delay in the update or removal of the listing depending on when the sites syndicate their information.

Within your property tab under "marketing", you will be able to see how many days you have left on your marketing and if it is on or off! We market for 30 days at a time, so after 30 days if you are still wanting to market, you will need to turn it back on.

Because we do not automatically post to Craigslist, we do not remove the listing from the site. If you posted there, be sure to remove your posting once you fill your vacancy.
