How do I print a marketing flyer for my property?

When you add your property in TurboTenant, we automatically create a professional listing flyer so that you can easily market your property around town and get more local exposure. It contains all the relevant info about your property as well as the link to your property's application, making it a great tool to hand out at showings as well.

Step 1 - Log in to TurboTenant and go to the Properties tab

Step 2 - Click on the property you would like to print a flyer for

Step 3 - Go to the Marketing tab and scroll down to the Other Marketing Tools section and click Print under the Flyer option

Once you select the Print option, you will be taken to a preview page where you can edit the print settings.

Note: The first three photos on your listing are the ones that will show on the flyer. To change the photos on the flyer, the photos must be changed in the listing first.

TurboTip:

  • If the property doesn't have a listing associated with it yet, you'll need to add the listing before you can print the flyer. See how to add your listing page here.
