You can rearrange your property pictures in one of two ways:
On the web:
Step 1 - Log in to TurboTenant and go to the Properties tab
Step 2 - Click on the property you would like to edit
Step 3 - From the overview tab, select "edit listing"
TurboTip: If you haven't added a listing yet for the property, you will have to do that first. You'll be able to add your property photos during the listing creation process. Check out how to add additional properties to your account here.
Step 4 - Scroll down to the Photos & Video Tour section and click the Edit icon.
Step 5 - Arrange the photos.
To rearrange your photos, you can click the right/left arrows or drag and drop the photos in the desired order. The "Featured Photo" will be the photo that appears first on your listing.
You can rotate your photos by clicking the circular arrow button in the lower right corner of the image. You can delete your photo by clicking the trash can icon in the lower-left corner.
Step 6 - Save your changes! Always be sure to save whenever you make any changes to your listing.
Note: If you are marketing the property online, changes to your photos will automatically update on third-party listing sites within 48 hours.
TurboTips:
The first three photos in your photo section will appear on your property flyer/brochure.
There is no limit to the number of photos you can upload.
TurboTenant allows photos to be uploaded in JPEG or PNG format. Photos should be at least 330x330 pixels in size and no larger than 900 pixels wide. Check out our acceptable photo guidelines here.
Please note that some browsers will cache images of your photos. If you have made changes, but they do not appear, please clear your browser cache.
On the TurboTenant mobile app
Step 1 - Log into the TurboTenant mobile app and tap on Properties.
Step 2 - Tap on Set Up Listing or tap on the property and then Edit Listing
Step 3 - Fill out and select information on each page to set up your property. When you get to the step where you can upload images, tap on the right arrow to make it your featured image
Step 4 - Make sure to save your changes! Please allow 24-48 hours for third-party listing sites to update your listing photos
